Googlebookmarks are wonderful…it totally adds a since of solidarity to my browsing now that I have web links from work at home and vice versa…rather then wandering around the internet in a permanent state of hazy discord, I now has purpose and direction…memories yes?!?!

I was accepted into the YACG forum today. I think this marks a turning point in my project…simply one of many projects, this one is to build an adsense site. The YACG forum is fantastic, very in-depth tutorials, a warm cultured[not vultured, Syndk8] learning environment with support wikis and lots of good tools and information.

The lamb shoulder is thawing today, we’re going to marinate it tomorrow and roast it on sunday at Wolfkeep! I haven’t been using my camera much, that is something I really want to do. Sunday…I’ll take lots of pictures, promise!!

I had several hours of almost dedicated research time at work today and this is what I’ve learned.

Most importantly.
Coffee is my friend. Chocolate fudge does NOT help me concentrate. Syndk8 is wonderful. Full of information, now if I just knew what to do with it all.

I do not learn well by exhausting myself with reading, need more ‘doing’.

I need better systems of organizing information that can trans-correspond [yup] between work and home. Currently testing out Gbookmarks for quality links, and backpack for further investigation and browsings.

I wish I had paid a LOT more attention in web design class back in high school. That would have been nice.

On a different note, I made some purple potatoe and parsnip soup for the practice last night, it was delicious! The recipe was out of Jessica Prentice’s book Full Moon Feast. I’m cooking dinner at wolfkeep this coming sunday night and I’m trying out lots of recipes beforehand. I have a lamb shoulder to roast too…anyone like roasts and want to share some sekrets?
