Pay Per Post

I’m trying out this pay per post deal. Means I add the occasional link to an advertiser in my post and they give me some money for it. We’ll see how it looks. If it cheapens my terrazoan environment I’ll happily ditch it. But some extra money each week would kinda be nice too. I’ve been working on SEO stuff a lot terrazoa, I feel bad about posting it here because it’s such a <insert crumbly word here>. I’ve been working on affiliate sites, ways of searching doing dofollow blogs, ppc adwords campaign tweaking, php, and general seo stuff. Maybe I’ll post some things here…you never know.

Anyhow…here is the link to PayPerPost!

Pay Per Post Pay Per Post

Forgive me Terrazoa…my soul is black. May the noble fungi, creepers, critters, crawlers, wrigglers, and decayers of all matter cleanse my flesh beneath their ever rotting breath!

Michelle over at bloggrrl.com says she makes $1200 / month using pay per post. For her thats like paying her mortgage, for me thats like my entire paycheck…on a good month. Bloggrrl is a much more prolific writer then I am though. She seems to enjoy it or something :P She estimates that she writes 80,000 words a month. Holy crap bloggrrl…you are an hero :P

Storm has passed on.

I’m a little shocked. And a little disbelief. I suppose we’ve never met, but I’ve been traveling to your blog now and again for some part of a year. It almost, almost, almost seems sad, but not. There is no wrong here. You have very sweet friends and family for laying your blog to rest with such a beautiful coverpiece Storm.

May you carry into the eternal sun, your feet wet with the softest of waters, and a smile grace your beautiful countenance my friend. Farewell and earnest tidings.

half asleep in frog pajamas

I stumbled across a freakin strange blog today. WalkingCatFish appears to be written entirely from the point of view of some sort of aquatic alien space creature…or maybe just a lurker of our own ecosystem that has kept itself out of man’s hair over the centuries.

I like it, it’s cute. Little does it know that I am actually a felinoid blogger and some self aware seafood is sounding awfully good right about now. I hope you didn’t give a location CatFish…im coming for you!

On a separate note…look at the cover to Tom Robbin’s “Half Asleep in Frog Pajamas”…thats hot n amphibious for reezi. I love Tom Robbins like sin. I think Jitterbug Perfume actually changed the way I smell…and plus I have been endowed with a portentious appreciation of beets.

healthcare? foreign policy? taxes? social security? racism? irrelevant?

they’re killing us all, white, black, blue, red, or brown, don’t believe me? step outside and start walking.

here are some very cool people I found today…i like the Cheeseslave woman a lot, it’s so nice to see people talking about raw milk, agro-industrial terrorism, fermentation, and so much more! thankyou!!! i tend to forget that there are other people out there that are aware of these things, because sometimes it really depresses me when I think about it all, and it doesn’t seem to concern most people.

you don’t see me trying to fix things either, for shame…!

on a side note I fixed up my TinTin++ script for the mud called Duris. Duris is one of my favorite pastimes over the years. I haven’t talked about muds much here, but perhaps I should. You can check out the homepage here. You have to have a ‘telnet’ client of some sort in order to connect. If you are using windows, then zMUD is a good client to use. If you have a linux box, TinTin is MUCH more powerful.

It’s a really fun little community, very real and scary sometimes too and i really like to spend time with these people, but sometimes i feel that i do it too much :P Maybe if I just talked about it more, and played on it less it’d turn out okay.

I also wrote a VIM syntax file for editing tintin scripts that is really pretty and I like it. You can download it here.

Here is a picture of what your mudscripts look like under this syntax…

Pretty huh???? yes…yes my pretties.!! That is a script I am working on called durisframe, that overlays a sort of sedentary ‘HUD’ to duris’s fast paced scrolling environment, that allows you to keep track of certain statistics…like your health, or what spells your L21 conjurer currently has memorized, how many kills you’ve made, the health of your groupmates…etc It’s pretty useful, and when I clean it up and comment it a bit, I’ll post it here. All that is thanks to Scandum, who has put heroic amounts of his energy into creating and maintaining tintin for all us mudjunkies out there.

Alex Avery…you make me SOOOOO ANGRIY!

You ALWAYS censor my comments, especially the calm, collective, well-thought out ones that I write, when all I really want to do is SCREAM and RAGE and rip your fucking throat out. I doubt you’ve ever had a glass of raw milk in your entire goddamned lifetime, and if you had, well shame on you. Dry, cracking, droll and dreary shame on you and your every word Alex Avery. I hope your filthy disease-ridden American bloodmoney serves you exactly what you deserve.
