Thanx for sharing your skin experiences J. I've also had very dry skin and lots of excema over my years. Most recently (due to an extreme situation with my daughter) we discovered the healing qualities of emu oil. I've tried many other oils and lotions and really would prefer a raw vegetable oil(coconut's not bad), but when I need healing and prevention I use the emu oil. It penetrates so you don't feel greasy and comes very close to imitating our own oils which some of us lack. There is no smell or staining from it and my daughter asks for it. That's the real proof for me. I haven't had that terrible hurt/itch since using it on a regular basis. somethings work for some folks eh! hope it helps someone, mrsjones
